摘要:
目的:研究红果樫木(Dysoxylum binectariferum)茎皮中的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶,反相RP18,凝胶LH-20等柱色谱及HPLC对红果樫木茎皮95%乙醇提取部分进行分离和纯化,用波谱方法鉴定其结构。结果:从红果樫木茎皮中分离得到5个化合物,包括3个倍半萜类化合物,鉴定的5个化合物分别为10β,15-Hydroxy-T-muurolol(1)、10β,15-Hydroxy-α-cadinol(2)、10α,15-Hydroxy-α-cadinol(3)、异莨菪亭(4)、3,4-二甲氧基苯甲醇(5)。结论:化合物1、2、4、5为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Abstract:
Objective:To isolate the chemical constituents from the stem bark of Dysoxylum binectariferum and identify their structures. Methods:The powdered stem bark of D.binectariferum were extracted with 95% ethanol and purified by silica gel,RP-C18 and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatograph and HPLC.The chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis.Results:Five compounds were isolated from the stem bark of D.binectariferum including three Sesquiterpenes.The five compounds were identified as 10β,15-Hydroxy-T-muurolol(1),10β,15-Hydroxy-α-cadinol(2),10α,15- Hydroxy-α-cadinol(3),Isoscopoletin(4),3,4-Dimethoxybenzyl alcohol(5),respectively.Conclusion:Compounds 1,2,4,5 are isolated from the genus of Dysoxylum for the first time.
