摘要:
“中气”肇始于《黄帝内经》,后世医家多认为“中气”为中焦脾胃之气,即包含脾气和胃气,又有认为“中气除脾胃之气外,还包含肝胆之气”者。笔者认为,“中气”,位居中焦,乃气按分布部位所划分,具有吸收水谷精微、化生气血的功能;主气机之升降出入,有承上启下之功。“中气”斡旋则五脏安和。
Abstract:
Zhong Qi can be seen firstly in the book Huang-Di Nei-Jing. Later most of the physicians consider that Zhong Qi includes the spleen and stomach Qi; others think that Zhong Qi does not only include the spleen and stomach Qi, but also contains the liver and gall Qi. The author insists that Zhong Qi which absorbs the food essence and then produces Qi and blood, located in the middle engergizer of human body. Zhong Qi controls the ascending, descending, exiting and entering of Qi activity and it has a transitional connecting function .Five Zang-organs go well as Zhong Qi works.
