摘要:
目的:观察云南白药主要成分对兔骨折愈合过程中血管生成的影响。方法:将新西兰大白兔100只,随机分为5组,每组20只,手术制作所有兔桡骨中段骨干缺损模型,分别在左侧缺损间植入含有白药1~6号粉剂的医用明胶海绵,作为实验组。右侧同样手术处理,只是骨缺损中植入不含白药粉的医用明胶海绵,作为对照组,通过免疫组化方法,观察不同时期1~6号白药原药成分对骨痂组织血管内皮生长因子、 血管内皮细胞粘附分子CD31表达的影响,以了解骨痂组织血管新生情况。结果:在骨折愈合的早期及中期,1~6号白药原药成分增加骨痂中VEGF及CD31基因的表达水平;各组以术后2周表达水平最高,术后12周表达水平最低。结论:白药原药成分在骨折愈合的早、中期,具有提高骨折后骨痂组织VEGF及CD31基因表达的作用,从而加速断端微血管新生重建,改善骨折肢体的血液循环,促进骨折愈合。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the effects of major components in Yunnan Baiyao on the Angiogenesis during the process of experimental rabbit fracture healing.Methods:100 New Zealand rabbits were employed and randomly divided into 5 groups in this experiment. After the fracture model of both radius was established by operation , every medical gelatin sponge which contains number1,2,3,4,6 Yunnan Baiyao component be put into all left bone defect of radius separately as 1,2,3,4,6 Yunnan Baiyao group, and put an medical gelatin sponge which contains nothing into all the right defect as matching control group.To observe the effect of Yunnan Baiyao on the expression of VEGF and CD31 at different intervals was observed in the course of bone healing.Results:The expression levels of VEGF and CD31 in number1-6 Yunnan Baiyao group was surpassed to that of control group at the early and middle stage of fracture healing and the highest levels of expression was the 2 weeks after operation,and the lowest was 12 weeks after operation.Conclusion:Yunnan Baiyao can enhance the expression of VEGF and CD31 in the callus tissue,accelerate the vascularization at the broken ends of fractured bone,improve the blood circulation of the fractured extremity,thus it promote the healing of fractured bone.
