摘要:
介绍了骨质疏松性骨折的基本概况及其愈合过程,中药促进骨质疏松性骨折愈合的作用及其机制。众多研究表明,中药可通过影响调节骨生长因子,增加骨痂中钙、磷、胶原含量,增加骨密度、改善骨生物力学性能、提高血中雌激素水平等多方面的机制促进骨质疏松性骨折的愈合。
Abstract:
This article introduces the characteristics of osteoporotic fracture, its healing process, the promotion effects of traditional Chinese medicine on this process and its mechanism. Studies showed that the traditional Chinese medicine could promote osteoporotic fracture healing through regulation of bone growth factors secretions, increase of calcium and phosphate in callus, increase of bone mineral density, improvement of bone biomechanical property and increase of blood estrogen level.
