补阳还五汤改善脊髓损伤微环境的研究进展(PDF)

摘要:
脊髓损伤的治疗是世界性的难题。传统复方补阳还五汤相对于激素等药物在治疗脊髓损伤方面具有整体改善的优势,能多途径、多靶点改善脊髓损伤部位的微环境。目前补阳还五汤改善损伤脊髓微环境的相关研究主要集中在改善机体自由基水平、抑制谷氨酸的兴奋性神经毒性作用、抑制硫酸软骨素蛋白聚糖和胶质纤维酸性蛋白的表达、上调神经肽P物质的表达、减少脊髓损伤后水通道蛋白-4表达、抑制血小板活化因子受体表达等方面。
Abstract:
The treatment of spinal cord injury is a worldwide problem. Chinese traditional compound Buyang Huanwu decoction with respect to hormones and other drugs in the treatment of spinal cord injury get the advantage of the overall improvement, such as multi-channel and multi-target improve microenvironment of the injured spinal cord. The Buyang Huanwu Decoction improve micro environment of the injured spinal cord research mainly focus on improving the level of free radicals, inhibiting the glutamate excitotoxicity, inhibiting the expression of chondroitin sulfate proteoglycans and glial fibrillary acidic protein expression, up regulating the neuropeptide substance P, decreasing the aquaporin-4 expression after spinal cord injury and inhibiting the platelet activating factor receptor expression.
