针刺膝三针对膝关节骨性关节炎患者膝部肌群的等速肌力分析*(PDF)

摘要:
目的观察针刺膝三针对膝关节骨性关节炎患者膝关节屈伸活动中肌群的等速力学特征。方法膝关节骨性关节炎患者30例随机分为观察组(n=15)和对照组(n=15),对照组采取常规的药物及康复治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案基础上给予针刺膝三针治疗,治疗前后采用Lysholm评分、AKS评分、峰力矩(PT)和平均功率(AP)评定患者膝关节功能康复程度及膝部屈伸肌群的等速肌力。结果治疗后两组Lysholm评分、疼痛评分、活动度评分、稳定性评分、行走能力评分、上下楼能力评分、膝关节屈伸肌群PT、AP均明显的改善(P<0.05),但观察组Lysholm评分、疼痛评分、活动度评分、稳定性评分、行走能力评分、上下楼能力评分、膝关节屈伸肌群PT、AP改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺膝三针对膝关节骨性关节炎的显效性通过等速肌力测试可靠地得到反映,等速肌力测试评定膝关节运动过程中肌力水平准确、可靠。
